JOB DESCRIPTION
AP / AR CLERK
Sandstone Site Services is a growing company looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Sandstone is 60 employees strong and looking for more crew leads to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely submission of all Monthly billing packets (AIA, Lien Release, Sworn Statements, etc.)
- Works with project managers to get updated information for billing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all NTO's for current projects and tracking for the start and end of the project.
- Job Start tracking and document tracking.
- Maintain electronic job files (Contracts, C/O's, Billing, NTO's, Releases, Insurance Certificates and Correspondence)
- Submit weekly job cost reports to Project Managers.
- Coordinate changes needed on job cost coding.
- Process Subcontract pay applications and submit for payment.
- Job Costing tracking and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented
- Experience in Foundation Accounting Software (Preferred)
- Must have excellent oral communication skills and ability to answer a multiple line phone system.
- 3+ years accounts payable experience in the construction field.
- 3+ years general accounting experience.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.
